We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment. To secure your appointment, a 25% service deposit will be charged at the time of booking. This deposit is nonrefundable but can be applied towards your scheduled service. We kindly request that you reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before your appointment to allow us time to make scheduling adjustments and accommodate other clients. Failure to do so may result in charges. Cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. If you are 20 minutes or more late, it will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. The cancellation or no-show fee will be automatically charged to the card on file that you provided during the initial booking. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us promptly to make the necessary arrangements. Your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time are greatly appreciated.
